I work with patients who are seeking support for depression and/or anxiety disorders (e.g. GAD, OCD, phobias, PTSD) and are willing to engage in work to help them manage their symptoms.
I have a special interest in working with trauma and low self-esteem, and currently work part time in a busy NHS service specialising in this area. I'm passionate about working with clients who are neurodiverse; I really enjoy tailoring therapy to work in a neuroaffirming way to make strategies more accessible and relevant for neurodiverse people.
I've worked in talking therapy services for over 10 years, offering evidence based therapies for people struggling with depression, and/or anxiety disorders such as Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Health anxiety, specific phobias and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

During this time I've worked with adults, children and families and have delivered both 1 to 1 and group work.
I do have ADHD, so I'm familiar with the absolute frustration of feeling like your brain is working against you! I also know that with the right supports and strategies, it's possible to get to a place where you feel self-acceptance and can flourish. I hope to be an ally to you on your journey of working towards your most confident, sparkling self.
