Free 20 minute consultation, either over MS Teams or telephone.
A chance to discuss whether therapy with me feels right for you. No obligation - and if it doesn't feel the right fit then I will do my best to signpost you somewhere that is likely to be.
Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
1 hour online session
Evidence based therapy for depression and/or anxiety. Considers the relationship between our thoughts, feelings, behaviours and physical symptoms and looks to target areas of difficulty by creating new patterns of thought, feelings, behaviours.
Online Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
1 hour preparation/assessment sessions = £70
Trauma processing sessions = £90 for 1.5 hours
An evidence based treatment for trauma presentations.
CBT Supervision
Online CBT supervision over MS Teams
I can offer monthly supervision to BABCP accredited therapists who require a private practice supervisor, either 1 to 1 or in small groups.
Workplace Psychoeducative Sessions
I can provide psychoeducative mental health sessions to local Nottinghamshire business at an hourly rate of £70.

Face to Face Sessions in Southwell and Nottingham
I am happy to provide face to face sessions for CBT, EMDR and supervision within suitable Nottinghamshire venues dependent on my availability.
The cost will be as listed for each therapy, plus the cost of the room booking. This is typically £80-£95 per hour depending on venue.
Please note: I work in private practice Monday and Friday 9-3pm and your enquiries will be responded to within these times. For anything more urgent, please call your GP, 111 or in an emergency, contact 999. I do not offer home visits.
